Initially, I tried other reputable inspectors who couldn't make a same week appointment. Kirk at Assure Home Inspection was able to cut that time in half, and even services Lancaster, CA. I was thoroughly impressed by his attention to detail, knowledge of codes to comply with, and knack for finding any problem spots, even in newer homes. I didn't see any reviews, which would have made me hesitant, but a coworker recommended this business to me. Two thumbs up. Thank you, Kirk!

We used Assure Home Inspection for two houses recently. Justin and Kirk were able to come to the house quickly both times, and did extremely thorough inspections. In the first house, they were careful to point out anything that they couldn't completely certify, such as the roof. Their recommendation to get a roofer to examine the "new roof" led us to discover that there were some major problems with the seller's claims, and ultimately that escrow fell through. For our second escrow, they did an equally thorough inspection (in the rain!). They provided detailed photos with arrows of everything they found, including recommendations for fixes. During the inspection, they also pointed out basic things like the electrical box and water shutoff valves, which was great for first time house buyers. They didn't rush and answered all of our questions. Would highly recommend Justin and Kirk to anyone!
